简要规则描述：为提高惠南镇社区养老服务的管理服务水平、运作效率和拓展服务领域,满足老年人日益增长的专业化、多样化服务需求。拟通过竞争性磋商的方式确定合格的供应商管理惠南镇7家综合为老服务中心和1家单独设置的社区老年人日间照护中心。工作具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求，以磋商文件相应规定为准（详见采购需求）。
Brief Specification Description: In order to enhance the management and service level, operational efficiency, and expand the service scope of community elderly care services in Huinan Town, and to meet the growing demand for specialized and diversified services among the elderly, it is proposed to determine qualified suppliers through competitive negotiation to manage seven comprehensive elderly service centers and one separately established community day care center for the elderly in Huinan Town. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the negotiation document (see procurement requirements for details).
